This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate across all areas of Sustainalytics and to support our Client Relations team globally to grow our market presence.

The Sales Operations Associate will create and maintain standard information packages, coordinate and contribute to Request for Proposals (RfPs), and generally contribute and run smooth processes related to proposals and RFPs, led by the Client Relations team.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Coordinate and write proposals and RfP responses;
  • Maintenance of internal knowledge centers;
  • Maintaining standard information packages, proposals and other client support materials;
  • Coordinate with internal data, legal and client teams to set-up trial and services;
  • Provide issue metrics and management reporting to Senior Leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Develop your own ESG and Sustainable Finance industry knowledge.

    The ideal candidate needs to be a genuine team player who can reach objectives individually, as well as through close collaboration and coordination with other team members.

    The candidate should have the following qualifications and competencies :

  • Alignment with Sustainalytics’ mission, vision and values;
  • Business experience 2-5 yrs required;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • Strong organizational / project management skills
  • Attention to details
  • Entrepreneurial and enjoys leading and working autonomously in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to learn how to use a CRM, produce reports from it and learn and use other business software;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
