CWT Romania is looking for a Client Executive Associate. Main responsibilities

1) Customer contract and performance measurement

  • Support to improve and optimize travel program
  • Proactive program optimization recommendations
  • Regular monitoring of the agreed SLAs
  • Working with the client to improve the local travel program through constructive communication programs
  • 2) Local service delivery management

  • Support implementation process inclusive implementation of internal Agency systems and tools / change management process
  • Organize and lead travel team discussions
  • Settlement of operational issues
  • Ensure that the client’s travel policy is considered and lost savings / Reason Codes are used accurately by the travel agents
  • 3) Customer business plans and reviews

  • Business plan development with client
  • Business reviews of travel program including :
  • Analyze client travel spend data
  • Contribute to the benchmarking of clients with similar travel profiles
  • Review of booking parameters
  • Provide industry trend information
  • 4) Customer Communication

  • Proactive communication with client’s country travel manager
  • Facilitation clients training sessions
  • Facilitate cultural understanding of country specifics
  • Support change management
  • 5) Local service delivery management

  • Support implementation process, offline and online
  • Organize and lead operational team workshop
  • Ensure that the client’s travel policy is followed
  • Monitor data quality
  • Review of data and trends
  • Delivery of statistic reports
  • CRM completion
  • National Settlement process and reconciliation
  • Security and Crises Management
  • Qualifications

  • Education : University Degree Economic Studies
  • 3 years’ experience in client executive role
  • Background in Travel industry is considered a plus (TMCs, GDSs related activities, airlines)
  • Strong commercial understanding of business issues / opportunities
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation
  • Ability to explain complex situations or solutions competently and confidently
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and assign priority according to company guidelines
  • Must be self-motivated, a proactive team player
  • Ability to organize, analyze details, prioritize and present information in an easy to understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English
