The role has end-to-end responsibility and oversight over US GAAP and Statutory reporting and ensures an environment of strong internal controls.
The role closely collaborates the Regional and Global Finance Centers through managing staff and / or outsourced service providers.
The Country Finance Supervisor reports to the Country Finance Leader for Slovakia and Hungary and is an important partner to Tax, Treasury, External and Internal Auditors, Corporate Finance and Functional Management and SBG Finance.
partner with outsourced service providers and regional / global finance centers, supporting the Statutory / US GAAP reportingConduct annual Balance Sheet reviews in conjunction with the CFLDrive and support internal / external audits for the entities and support resolution of findingsPartner with Corporate tax for all tax projects related to entities, as well as provide necessary information and assistance for tax audits and compliance matters.
Cooperate with all functions for M&A and LES projects in countryBe a business partner in order to address in-country legal entity change management needsManage full US GAAP reporting for HSP Hungary in cooperation with the third party maintaining local books, coordinate third parties work on statutory books and tax matters for Corporate Finance Hungary entities and KCL HUSupport in-
