Position Summary

Coordinate and manage Samsung products sales, distribution, product management and promotional strategies through online channel partners (e-commerce platforms : Pure Players and retail.com).

Role and Responsibilities

  • Constant analysis of all online sites selling Samsung products, to assure best product representation, accurate info (features, benefits, product specs) and supporting content (product images, video, user scenarios), by coordinating internally with Sales, Marketing and Product Management and externally with online sites PIC;
  • Elaborate and test user scenarios (UX / UI) so to identify actions to improve online sales efficiency (ROAS, ROI, CVR);
  • Supporting KAMs with product range, promotions and activity recommendations that will help them achieve their sales target for particular client / online platform;
  • Sharing with key stakeholders essential knowledge of all the online sales platforms characteristics, tools and possibilities to enhance sales efficiency;
  • Setting / Monitoring / Executing performance KPI for each online channel, tracking sales performance, creating reports, generating insights and action recommendations;
  • Initiate / Conduct / Optimize online campaigns including CDM recommending adjustments to Sales teams for improved online sales efficiency (ROAS, ROI, CVR);
  • Coordinating with Marketing Team market researches and analysis for e-commerce in terms of media opportunities and new solutions, basic SEO / SEM recommendations and competitors' campaigns analysis.
  • Skills and Qualifications

  • 2+ years previous similar experience in online sales / marketing / product management;
  • Google Analytics / Firebase Analytics and / or Adobe Marketing knowledge;
  • Data analysis and Excel proficiency, affinity working with numbers and multiple data sources;
  • E-commerce UX / UI optimization knowledge;
  • Logical diagrams and process mapping basic skills;
  • Python / SQL basic skills (advanced a plus);
  • Know-how of Online Marketing tactics such as personalization, segmentation, analytics;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written);
  • Degree in Economics, Marketing, Business or similar.
