What will you do in our team?
As part of the Operations Finance Team, you will be responsible with the financial management of the Warehouse and Aftersales activities in eMAG.
We are seeking a qualified and experienced financial expert who will be dedicated to P&L analyses and reporting, as well as financial modelling and building the right business opportunities that will support operational and commercial development.
Your daily activities will include :
Managing a diversified financial team and constantly finding growth and development opportunities for all team members
Managing the entire range of costs and financial controlling activities for the Warehouse and Aftersales teams
Building and maintaining a close business relationship with the Warehouse and Aftersales teams, through business partnering activities, in order to better understand and drive this area of eMAG forward
Offering consultancy to the main business stakeholders - Finance Operations Director, Warehouse and Aftersales Directors, Operations VP in order to understand all the key drivers and issues of each business area
Developing, supporting and promoting the best business strategies for the Warehouse and Aftersales teams by working together with other colleagues in Finance, as well as business stakeholders, and providing strategic and multi-dimensional analyses to support key business decisions
Working together with the team to prepare budgets, forecasts and long-range plans that are in-line with the company’s objectives and financial targets
Facilitating KPI development and implementation within the Warehouse and Aftersales areas
Developing systems / processes / procedures that ensure both a correct evaluation of the business and its operation in an efficient and profitable way
Periodic performance reviews on results and ROI, highlighting key issues, risks and future opportunities for further decision making
Continuously developing and updating business planning models based on current and expected developments of the business
Constantly simplifying work flows
Defining and monitoring financial and operational objectives in order to drive performance in eMAG

Have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Finance (MBA is desirable)
Have experience of 4-5 years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
Have financial controlling knowledge and a good understanding of supply chain processes
Have project management skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities and executive presence and have the ability to motivate teams
Have excellent analytical, reasoning and problem-solving skills
Are fluent in English
