Your Impact :
This position will be the connection between PTC’s elite product managers and the worldwide salesforce of renewal reps, ensuring that customers have a smooth experience transitioning from legacy product to our cutting-edge solutions.
Your Team :
The mission of the Renewal Programs team is to equip the Renewal Sales team around the world with guidance, tools, and offers to maximize customer satisfaction and PTC ARR at the time of renewal.
Your Day-To-Day :
Meeting with product management to understand their current position, product roadmap, and product go-to-market strategy
Analyzing customer data to identify the size and timing of upsell opportunities based on product management positioning and roadmap
Brainstorming ideas for sales and marketing offers that PTC can use to capture those upsell opportunities, and capture those ideas into a coherent presentation
Leading highly efficient meetings to review those offer ideas with a team of renewal sales reps to iterate and improve on the initial ideas
Running a pilot or experiment of the offer idea to get real customer response data and understand opportunities to optimize
Writing a full scale roll-out plan including development of marketing collateral, training the Renewal Sales Reps, and measuring results
Observing sales calls and activities to gain empathy and refine messaging / approach for the programs you lead
Preferred Skills and Knowledge :
Ability to analyze large data sets in Excel
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly in Powerpoint
Fluent level of Romanian and English
Preferred Experience :
Experience working with product managers on go-to-market planning
Experience using Salesforce.com
