What you'll be working on :
Define and maintain the roadmap of your product :
Use your technical skills to define product initiatives to address specific customer problems and business needs and by conducting deep level analysis.
Ensure that initiatives in the roadmap are directly aligned with the strategic objectives of the Product organization in general and your product area in particular.
Maintain ownership for the full product life-cycle of from idea generation through the full release value stream- Maintain ownership over what and if / when / why specific product components and features will be implemented and delivered
Ensure outcome-focused communication of the progress of your product’s capabilities
Define key outcome-based metrics per each initiative and continuously communicate on the progress towards reaching the objective.
Analyse usage and performance data to identify risks and opportunities.- Become involved in non-functional aspects of software delivery such as application telemetry, performance, reliability, resilience, security and compliance.
Work with the engineering team to build the right product
Understand the specific challenges of the teams you work with. - Propose workable solutions to engineering teams, defining functional building blocks of your product with consideration for product positioning, integrability and scalability.
Work closely with our engineering team, jointly defining the functional architecture (components) of your product area, defining epics and user stories for the team and reviewing the implementation outcomes.
Lead requirements-gathering sessions, such as backlog refinements and specification by example workshops. - Help the team prioritise the items in the backlog based on actual impact and cost of delayIdentify market opportunities that would give Mambu a functional or technical edge over the competition
Actively communicate with the rest of the organisation and with customers
Ensure continuous and consistent communication on the strategy and the roadmap of your product area- Help creating and maintaining Sales and Marketing enablement materials, related to your product area- Maintain a healthy and meaningful relationship with customers
You need to have :
Minimum of 3+ years of expertise in modern Product Management techniques , including product planning, product discovery and development
Fair understanding of software design architecture
Academic degree in computer science or equivalent
Outstanding analytical and data driven decision-making skills Strong problem-solving skills
Strong collaboration skills , in particular stakeholder management as well as internal and external product evangelism
Business Oriented : Mindset for accomplishing the maximum of business value and quality by addressing the actual problems rather than building unwanted features.
Good understanding and practice in delivering MVPs, canary releases etc.
Self Motivated . Ability to set goals and work independently according to the objectives
Clear Communicator . Ability to communicate clearly, with respect and empathy
Learner vs. Knower attitude . driven by curiosity and desire to find the truth, not afraid to make mistakes and not to be always right.
Asks more questions than provides statements

Ability to simply explain complex concepts and deliver difficult messages clearly
A clear advantage :
Experience working in digital-only financial institution (i.e. neo-bank, lender) is an important advantage.
Experience / Knowledge around data management (how to store, control access, import / export, handle, analyse, clone, backup and archive data).
Experience / knowledge around user access and rights management.
Experience working with multiple digital authentication solutions.
Knowledge around data protection regulations in different economical areas and application security.
Knowledge around complex and secure permissions models.
Familiarity with at least some of the following tech stacks : REST APIs, Object Oriented Programming SQL, AWS, Git.
