Requirements :

1+ years of experience in writing microservices in GoLang;

knowledge and practical experience of Docker, Micro-Services, REST API;

practical experience with MySQL or other databases;

experience in a minimum of one cloud environment (Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP or other);

English B2 / C1 spoken / written.

Responsibilities :

This is a European media platform support project. At this stage, the client is rewriting the existing monolithic platform with modern technologies.

The main tasks will be the development of new features.

By technology, these are : Java 8+, most often Java 15; Go / Golang; Docker, Micro-Services, REST API; JIRA, Confluence, GitLab;

MySQL or other databases; Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, GCP or other.

The project is well organized, the TDD approach is used, there is a code review, Confluence is implemented for knowledge sharing.

A very good opportunity for real engineers to prove themselves - technical challenges are discussed in the team, decisions are made inside, and not come down from the top.

Many interesting challenges : scalability, performance, security, etc.
