For this role you will be expected to be located in Warsaw, Poland.

Principal responsibilities of Indirect Channel Development Senior Specialist within the Indirect Channel Excellence team (may include the following and other duties may be assigned) :

  • Search for potential channel partners (distributors) and evaluate them based on wide range of assessment criteria.
  • Work closely with other Indirect Channel Excellence team members to evaluate performance of existing channel partners, formulate improvement plans and channel development recommendations.
  • Organize regular review meetings with internal stakeholders (Indirect Channel Excellence, Geography / Business Leads, Functions) and channel partners (distributors).
  • Follow up on the actions agreed in the review meetings.
  • Support defining, communicating and negotiating channel partner (distributor) performance targets.
  • Support designing the channel strategy for the region and individual countries.
  • Investigate and analyse market environment, and propose alternative business models for selected markets.
  • Prepare ground for and formulate recommendations for any potential Go-Direct projects.
  • Profile of an ideal candidate :

  • Min. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Min. 3 years relevant work experience.
  • Educational background in Business, Finance, Sales, Marketing or any other related field with experience working in the Healthcare industry, or alternatively educational background in Healthcare or any other related field with experience in Business Development, Sales, Analytics or Marketing roles will be preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the region.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with good cultural sensitivity. Ability to communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator, with solid presentation skills. Strong working knowledge of MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to interpret financial and non-financial data, drawing actionable insights to help further the business’s cause.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written); CEE, EA & SA : French, Arabic, Russian or other local language will be an advantage, but is not a must.
  • Self-driven, independent, proving evidence of ability to work and deliver results under limited supervision.
  • Strong willingness to learn, creativity and drive in solving problems, ambition to progress in career.
  • Comfortable with travel (up to 25% of the time).
