Central Europe Technlogy is the most important of 3 shared services centers working together to provide the best IT Applications (Architecture, Project management, Development, and Quality Assurance) to BNP Paribas Personal Finance all around the world.
In this context, we are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support officer whom will join our Support function team. Everything we implement and do has an impact to our way of working in the 3 Expertise Centers - Bucharest, Madrid, Sao Paulo.
As our local expert in IT Support you will implement specific process based following group recommendation.
They are a lot of challenges going ahead. You will be responsible for :
Plan, implement and maintain the IT infrastructure
Reply to any technical requests or incidents
Develop and maintain procedures for installation and configuration
Work on Disaster Recovery and IT Continuity Plan
Work together with Security team to implement internal company security standards
Management and Patch
Manage Users accounts from A to Z and bring technical assistance assistance
Create and revoke rights / accounts for people entries and exits
Manage workstations master according to group rules
Apply operating system updates, patches and configuration changes
Hardware and software acquisition and renewal
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Provide technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Repair and replacing equipment as necessary
Install hardware or wiring in ceilings, floors, server rooms or other office locations to ensure proper connectivity and operations of the various hardware equipment
Planning and monitoring
Assist the IT management in deployment of various IT systems as needed
Resolve network / computer issues
Monitor, resolve and maintain all conference rooms audio / visual connections and software
Participate in the creation, implementation and continual improvement of standards, processes and procedures required to deliver high quality service
Work with the IT management to reconcile the IT budget for hardware and software acquisitions
Review the helpdesk performance indicators and SLA with vendors
University or Bachelor Degree in computer science
Good knowledge of Windows Server Operating System : Windows Server 2008 / 2012
Good knowledge of Windows Network Infrastructure services : DHCP, DNS, NPS, WINS, IIS, PKI, WSUS
Good knowledge about virtualization technologies : VMware, Hyper-V
Good knowledge about hardware technologies for servers : SAS, RAID, HBA, iSCSI, Clustering, NLB
Good knowledge about CISCO VOIP system
Basic knowledge about NAS / SAN storage systems
Basic knowledge about Microsoft SQL Server 2008, 2012, SharePoint
Basic knowledge about networking (switching & routing)
Good communication skills
Good spoken and written English skills
Able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them
Experience and certifications
5 year experience on a similar position
EMC Networker experience
Knowledge about Linux / Unix
Cisco CCNA / VOIP certification will be a plus
MCP / MCSA / MCSE certification will be a plus

You will report to the Chief of Staff but will have a cross functional roles as you will work with all manager being part of the IT Support Community.
