Our client, a global leading telecommunication vendor is recruiting for a PO Specialist to join their business in Romania.
Input or review customer Purchase Orders (PO) in our client’s system to ensure all information is transferred to latter stages accurately.
Manage the KPI achievement for PO in terms of accuracy and efficiency.
Standardize PO input / review procedures and guidelines to accumulate and stabilize the capability.
Help manage the external and internal compliance related to PO.
Help optimize the procedures for PO processing.
Support internal and external project reviews.
To help fulfil other tasks required by the organization.
Education preferred in Law, International trade, Business Management, Finance, Language, etc.
Good Microsoft Office skills : Word, Outlook mail, Excel, PowerPoint.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with a wide variety of people.
Professional and positive approach.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken), other language skills represent an advantage.
