We have an opportunity for a proactive Inside Sales Coordinator at our manufacturing site in Craiova.
You will coordinate orders in a timely manner for varied customers across Europe, ensuring accuracy of information, and providing a high level of customer services at all times.
This is the perfect role for you if you have existing engineering knowledge that you wish to expand upon, and you have previous experience in a customer service role.
There are varied opportunities to progress on the site, so you must demonstrate enthusiasm and a willingness to learn.
Manage a customer portfolio, being responsible for building relationships with customers, and the order intake for AvK products from customers.
Analyze the customers’ requests, and update the technical and commercial documentation.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager for request clarification for each AvK product.
Submit the necessary documentation to the Sales Support Team for them to launch the order in ERP system and fabrication.
Submit the order acknowledgement to the customer.
Manage and update the orders on the customers platforms.
Operate as a single point of contact for the own customers for all order processing needs.
Update customers’ through email / phone to inform about the status of the order, or for different modifications that occur during the order process / production.
Analyze possible modification from internal departments to implement them.
Follow-up the status of the order from launch in fabrication until the final delivery to customer, making sure that all technical and commercial requirements are fulfilled.
Coordinates the delivery flow of the products for some of the customers.
Provide periodical reports for the allocated customers.
Maintain the business relationship with the customers efficiently to support in a proactive way the customers needs.
Offer support in the special projects at the request of the direct manager and also for implementing the sales strategies.
To be considered you will need :
High level of English language writing / spoken
Experience in technical domain ie. Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing.
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Outlook
Team player and the desire for continuous learning
Analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data
Solid experience in customer support within a complex business environment
An engineering degree is preferred, but relevant, technical work experience will be considered.
