HR Business Partner

We are currently in search of a HR Business Partner to join our HR-Management department of the Marquardt Group in our location Sibiu (Romania).


  • Executes organizational strategy and offers advice on organizational changes
  • Executes HR strategy
  • Supports MQ culture and values, promotes inclusion and diversity
  • Provides feedback and input regarding the needs of local business (in the processes of : Workforce planning, Recruitment, Learning and Development of staff, mobility and remuneration strategy) to the centers of expertise on programs / strategies / policies / procedures / local and global instruments
  • Ensures adherence to policies, procedures and other standards
  • Identifies the talent needs of the business and recruits for identified positions
  • Provides advice to management team regarding leadership, skills and responsibilities (people management)
  • Uses and promotes the use of analytical tools, systems, processes and reports to management throughout the company
  • Provides consultancy to managers and coordinates Exit Management activities
  • Acts as the first point of contact for Management in case of questions related to labor law and HR Admin, C&B processes
  • Contributes to the preparation and installation of emergency plans related to personnel
  • Operating as an employee advocate, manage and fact find a diverse spectrum of employee relations challenges and inquiries
  • Manage employee onboarding process, including pre-employment testing processes, post-offer processes
  • Define and implement a local strategy for HR hire to retire processes
  • Define and implement a local strategy for development, retention and succession planning of employees
  • Drive and implement a culture for employee satisfaction
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or technology preferred (or applicable work experience)
  • 4+ years HR experience
  • Shared service environment experience or business services expertise
  • Ability to be flexible, adapt quickly to changing circumstances and develop creative solutions while building consensus among different functional groups
  • Takes initiative, is a self-starter and is proficient at establishing internal relationships
  • Proven leadership, communication and project management skills
  • Strong communication skills
