    The Role

    As a Compensation Survey Consultant in our office in Bucharest you will be responsible for delivering Compensation & Benefits data-based products and / or services to our clients in Romania and to drive revenue growth of our products and services in Romania in close collaboration with the CEEMEA Leader in Brussels as well as the Health & Benefits Leader in Romania.

    As a Consultant you will be expected to

  • Ensure timeliness of report delivery by coordinating with the regional operations team and ensure clients are updated of the progress at all times
  • Display an understanding and knowledge of the firm-wide survey methodologies and processes and available products and services
  • Build strong relationships externally and internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
  • Help improve work processes to achieve higher quality and efficiency
  • Retain recurring revenue from existing client base and increase new business revenue associated with assigned accounts from target market organizations in Romania
  • Accompany Willis Towers Watson colleagues to clients meeting in order to close sales; Finalize and present quality deliverables to clients
  • Serve as member of an integrated consulting team on medium scale rewards and benefits benchmarking projects and act as project manager for small scale projects
  • Help execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities e.g. sales related client community events in Romania
  • Establish and maintain close relationships with the CEEMEA Leader to deliver on surveys, projects and Intellectual Capital (trends, press release, marketing)
  • Establish and maintain close relationship with the local Health & Benefits team in Romania
  • The Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years work experience ideally in a Human Resources function (Corporate role) or in a consulting environment
  • Strong client relationship management skills with a dedication to quality and customer service
  • A good understanding of contemporary Human Resources (HR) issues and an appreciation of the application of human capital solutions to support clients’ business strategies
  • Good organisational skills : be able to plan and organise work efficiently, be able to handle several projects at same time and to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • An ability to be self-sufficient and manage own workload but ask for support when required; a good team player
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in Romanian and English comfortable and credible communicating with senior managers within client organisations.
  • Experience in data management (e.g. gained through the management of an HR system) or experience of survey research (incorporating various stages of a research project), and be numerate with strong data analysis and interpretation skills.
  • A good working experience with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint; additional experience with Access or working with other databases or statistical software will be a plus
