What will help you succeed :

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills (in client language if required)
  • Text processing software and collaboration tools
  • Excel skills : Formulas, Data validation, Pivot tables, Charts, Data import
  • Knowledge regarding business analysis core concepts and business analysis techniques
  • Knowledge regarding types of diagrams (workflow diagram, basic flowchart, etc.)
  • Ability to translate business process in flowcharts
  • Conducting meetings and presentations with business users and technical teams (developers, technical architects)
  • Good reporting skills (creating charts, graphs, diagrams), summarizing key data from projects and translating them in visual / statistical reports
  • Ability to gather, validate and document various system information and needs
  • Knowledge of SQL, Entity Relationship Diagrams
  • Familiarity with Software Delivery Lifecycle project delivery methodologies : Waterfall, Agile, Lean, Prince2
  • Added value :

  • Business / Industry Knowledge in finance (banking, insurance), telecommunication, Resources, Customer Goods
  • Foreign Language Skills : French, German, Italian or other
  • Experience in Process Analysis, DMAIC methodology, Robotic Process Automation
  • Budgeting and Forecasting experience
  • Data Analysis skills in order to support Data Driven Consultancy with the support of Task & Process Mining, Machine Learning, Data Analytics
  • Have relevant certifications from PMI, IIBA,, Axelos organizations
  • Experience in leading and develop teams
  • Experience in planning, coordination and monitoring projects scope and process performance
