Job Description

  • Driving revenue and contributing to the continued growth of Veeam through consistently achieving individual and team targets;
  • Coordinating sales activities to identify and close new business;
  • Maintaining and nurturing a professional and close relationship with other lines of business / departments;
  • Provide forecasting and planning on assigned territory / accounts;
  • Meet professional objectives and KPI’s such as Quota / Target attainment, no of calls, no of accounts handled per day, other specific activities;
  • Participate in team meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items;
  • Maintaining and promoting a successful and positive work environment;
  • The obligation to fulfill professional goals and targets based on the performance indicators at the individual, department, company;
  • The obligation to report and register on time, complete and correct data required on applications and tools / applications specific internal systems;
  • Any other service tasks and responsibilities assigned by the department manager;
  • Experience

  • Proven business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products / services is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
  • Ability to find approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
  • Knowledge

  • Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills in English & Spanish, with knowledge of basic business research tools
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and ability to relay information to potential customers
  • Virtualization industry
  • Salesforce.com is a plus+
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
  • Skills

  • Developing a solid working knowledge of public cloud-related subjects and Veeam Software products and link these features to the benefits they provide to our customers;
  • Keeping track of new product releases (Veeam and competition) as well as marketing updates;
  • Capacity for innovative thinking and problem-solving;
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills;
  • Capacity to self-improve and self starter abilities;
