Your Mission :
You will be part of the H2R team of the Business Solutions Center as part of the Societe Generale Group.
The H2R team represents a solutions center for applications that concern the Group's Human Resources. This team manages the IT projects in the HR and IT domains and deals with the implementation of solutions for the HRIS centers.
Your Role in a Nutshell :
The Operational Team Lead will coordinate L2 production support operations for HR Group tools.
Your daily activity will be :
Acting as simple point of contact for ticktes prioritization and escalations;
Following the incident management activity; Including influence and communicate with peers, management, tool providers, application owners and process owners.
Handling of the functional coordination of the team in the daily activity;
Run permanent supervision and perform data quality controls;
Monitoring individual and team metrics / KPIs vs the target agreed with the partners / clients;
Preparing the dashboards and held the operational meetings;
Contribute to on-going initiatives for optimization and digitalization of the activities;
Setting team / individual objectives and conduct the performance review meetings.
Interviewing and hiring staff, assessing needs / plan ahead;
Monitoring, coaching and counselling team members.
A little about You :
At least 3 years experience in people management roles;
Abillity to prioritise and follow-up the tasks;
Good command of Microsoft Office;
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate globally.
Open mind person, initiative and autonomy, real interest for continuous improvement and transformation of the daily operations.
