Job Description

Main attributions and responsibilities Team Leader :

  • Supervising and delegating tasks regarding day to day activities to team members;
  • Providing services to customers in accordance with the agreed Service Level Agreements (for the team managed);
  • Ensuring processes within area of responsibility follow agreed corporate guidelines, Central Directives and local working instructions;
  • Implementing, conducting and documenting process related controls;
  • Providing required information / documents to internal and external auditors;
  • Offering support in onboarding new comers (identifies training needs, training assignment, follow up on completion and overall progress / development);
  • Providing guidance to accounting staff to optimize performance, including monitoring workloads and related assignment in order to ensure completion of activities in time and quality;
  • Providing support to the Head of SSC, to other SSC departments whenever needed and to other customers’ employees, within the frame of Service Level Agreement;
  • Ensuring complete timely and duly reporting to management; escalating topics / issues according to agreed escalation matrix;
  • Ensuring that customer’s complaints are analyzed and handled efficiently, errors corrected and measures implemented to avoid future occurrence;
  • Deriving monthly KPIs, analyses and comments results / variances and proposes improvement measures;
  • Attracting, developing, retaining and efficiently managing associates within area of responsibility, including direct reports;
  • Conducting Goal & Performance Dialogue / Annual Salary Review / Talent & Associate Review for direct reports;
  • Creating WorkOns for replacement of personnel and participating in the hiring process (e.g. screening of candidates proposed by HR, interview participation and hiring decision);
  • Promoting and driving process standardization, harmonization and improvements (through CIP);
  • Approving and monitoring vacations, days off, home office and requests from the team, supporting IDM request for the team in his / her area or responsibility;
  • Ensuring efficient and timely communication with all relevant stakeholders (customers, own team, other shared services processes, external parties, administrative support departments);
  • Fulfilling any other tasks related to area of responsibility, as requested by direct superior.
  • Responsibilities - Regional RPA Coordinator :

  • Key contact for Europe and part of global core team of CF / ACG1 for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and new technology related topics;
  • Support process analysis, definition of requirements and identification of automation potential in the finance and accounting area;
  • Develop holistic solutions for standardizing and automating existing processes in the finance and accouting area;
  • Providing customer and solution-oriented advice to the functional areas across hierarchy and country-wide with regard to robotic process automation (RPA) in the finance and accounting area;
  • Take over responsibility for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives and projects in the finance and accounting area;
  • Support the continuous development of our Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiative in the finance and accounting area.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • English Language written and spoken at advanced level, any other language would be an advantage;
  • Previous relevant experience in a similar role;
  • Solid knowledge of Shared Services Finance and Accounting processes, organization and reporting structures;
  • Good experience in working with SAP or other ERP systems;
  • Good management and leadership skills;
  • Good organizational skills (organizational design and development, planning and delegation);
  • Strategic thinking;
  • Customer and solution oriented attitude;
  • Multicultural work environment exposure;
  • Promoting the company’s image;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good presentation skills.
