The Junior Global Mobility Analyst role is the ideal job for any graduate in a form of a development program, which offers professional development and real life experience with the leading multinational company in seamless pipes.
The program consist of a complex development cycle with a duration of 2 years and it will include the following phases :
Experience in 2 departments over the course of the program
E-learning, on the job training and other specialized courses.
Aim of the position :
Supports the International Assignment Coordinator in Compensation and Benefits issues related with employees under an international assignments (STA / expatriates).
Coordinates and monitors TMF outsourcing (theorical vs. real yearly employee economical conditions and plan / closing cash flow).
Consolidates and checks the news delivery to local payroll offices.
Maintains SAP information update and accurate.
Consolidates the bonus and salaries increase cycles.
Prepares the benefits and compensation budget to expatriate and short assignment personnel.
Gives support to International Assigments Coordinators in compensation's issues (makes basic economic proposals to define conditions, calculates short assignment bonus, fidelity, Tenaris and Legal prizes)
