Job Summary : Responsible for managing and create flexible benefits software configuration tasks.
Key Job Responsibilities / Job Description :
Create and maintain flexible benefit software configuration tasks (full training will be provided)
Support of internal Flex Delivery team queries (Full training will be provided)
Undertake configuration testing
Complete configuration peer review
Liaise with key internal business contacts (Project Manager / Consultant)
Liaise with our 3rd party external software providers (e.g.; Thomsons Online Benefits)
Maintain and update configuration process documentation
Undertake and take responsibility for completion of assigned work in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain and log accurate time recording for all work completed
Monitor / take ownership / resolve team mailbox queries
Carry out such other duties as may be agreed from time to time
Qualification Requirements :
Previous experience in an IT / configuration role or holds an IT qualification
Able to provide technical support by phone or email to internal colleagues
MS Office (Word / Excel) to intermediate level.
Up to 3 years’ experience of working with SQL and HTML (essential)
Experience of working with MS Access and / or PHP (desirable)
UK / global employee benefits knowledge (very desirable, but not essential)
Ability to work in isolation / manage own work priorities
Strong problem-solving skills
A proactive and methodical thinker who works well under pressure
Attention to detail is essential, along with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills essential, both verbal and written.
Willingness to travel to the UK for extended periods of time (up to 1 month)
