The Digital & Integrated Marketing Associate assists and contributes to the development, project management, and successful implementation of integrated marketing programs for audiences, including awareness, demand generation, pipeline building and acceleration, loyalty, advocacy, customer adoption and retention.
This role collaborates and partners with key stakeholders across the wider Marketing organization and focuses on nurturing and retention.
Work with relevant internal and external teams including global and regional teams to capitalize on the marketing mix with emphasis on the customer.
Manage and execute programs and campaigns aligned with stated strategic goals.
Adapt and create campaigns for demand generation, nurturing and retention, and other strategic purposes, including email copywriting, scheduling and deployment.
Work with the Marketing Center of Excellence (MCOE) to develop high quality integrated marketing programs.
Conduct A / B tests and evaluate ongoing email performance to optimize email campaigns.
Shape the nurturing and retention email marketing program and present ideas for new campaigns and strategies.
Drive program activation and acceleration with a Digital First’ approach.
Track campaign performance and pipeline impact to optimize programs.
Leverage standard tools and systems (incl. Marketing Services Portal) to document, communicate, measure, and monitor program plan and facilitate execution to share content and assets.
