You will offer support for administrative activities (organization of documentation; calendar management; monitor and maintain the documents inventory; schedule meetings);
You will be responsible for contacting candidates;
You will plan the interviews for the Working Student program;
You will prepare communication files and presentations;
Education :
University studies in progress (Faculty of Economics or Business preferred);
What distinguishes you :
Good knowledge of IT tools and Microsoft Office package;
Excellent organizational skills;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with internal and external partners;
Ability to work under pressure;
Reliable and responsible way of working;
Team player;
Ability to multi-task;
Ability to work autonomously;
Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development;
Trustworthy and professional person who can deal with confidential data;
Languages spoken :
Fluency in English;
