You will contribute to the project quality assurance strategy for development projects.
You will use quality methods and processes within project development.
You will identify coaching needs for the adequate implementation of the processes and methods, and support the team
You will be responsible for the planning, application, tracking and reporting non-conformances of the work products, processes
You will actively identify and manage quality risks
You will support the project for preparation for system / process audits, customer specific presentations and during Quality Gates (Quality Plan, Project Plan, 8D reports, ASPICE status, Lessons Learned, etc.)
You will offer support to the project manager in preparation of quality relevant presentations towards customer
You will be reporting and escalate to different hierarchical levels
You will review and release project specific documents
Who you are :
You have a University degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics or comparable
You would be a perfect match to our team if : :
You have a professional experience (>
3 years) in project management processes
You have an understanding of automotive development flow (V-Model) and standards (e.g. ASPICE)
You are familiar with functional safety ISO26262, requirements and test engineering in automotive
You are familiar with problem-solving methods and tools
You have the ability to cope with stressful situations esp. in 'Fire-Fighting' situations
You have an efficient and organized work style with very good coordination skills
You are able to communicate and synthesize
The languages you should know :
English a good level is mandatory
German it is not mandatory, but it is an advantage
