Job Description Summary
She / he will work closely with the staff members in other GEHC businesses (LifeCare Solutions & Healthcare Digital) to drive growth of the High Acuity Care franchise;
as well as partnering with IT Professional Services, Product Management & other key stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities :
Achieve orders volumes at the target prices & profitability levels in assigned accounts / territory.
Partner with LCS sales team to generate more funnel & a combined equipment + digital sales approach.
Lead tender / bid teams by coordinating multiple functions (product mgt, IT professional services, finance, etc) to submit quality RFPs and meeting the imposed deadlines
Monitor, analyze, and understand market activities to continuously update the business on all region dynamics including in-depth competitive assessments.
Develop and maintain expertise of market and technology trends in order to understand customer issues and challenges as well as educating customer on their unmet clinical and business needs.
Understands people's roles, can foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources and rally teammates
Identifies and coordinates owners, sponsors, timelines, actions and deliverables for the deal, from proposal preparation until contract closure if applicable
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline or equivalent knowledge or experience
Significant experience in strategic selling, management consulting, or strategic planning in software / solution organizations.
Proven experience in selling Healthcare IT Experience in Intensive Care Units and Operating Rooms is an advantage
In-dept knowledge of EE healthcare sector, specifically Intensive Care Units and Operating Rooms
Solution selling & consultative approach
Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction to both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels
Can model a business case and understands the various financial instruments used by customers to conduct business.
Eligibility Requirements :
Must be willing to travel & commute over assigned territory (up to 60%)
