Develop support strategies for both OT and DTS channels with aim to deliver the category and brand plans (strong co-operation with the marketing and sales team)
Develop and maintain channel activation plans aligned with marketing and sales priorities and targets (communicate them and gain commitment as appropriate)
Bring and develop new ideas about trade specific and tailor-made promotions in line with category and brand objectives
Collate and analyse all relevant data for input in Channel Planning process (shopper info, market trends, channel development trends, performance of major customer, SWOT analysis from competition and channel point of view) for DTS & OT.
Evaluate and quantify each opportunities in OT & DTS channels of Beverages business
Facilitate the communication between sales and marketing during the commercial planning process
Ensure alignment of plans across channels and categories align shopper / consumer, customer and trade promotion activities
Publish Channel Plans based on marketing calendars and sales initiatives to Senior Management on a quarterly basis.
Monitor and review performance of channels against targets, and initiate action for revision when necessary.
Provide clear direction in terms of trade and channel insight during New Product Introduction projects, including the development and communication of trade launch.
Provide clear direction to all MHP (Must Have Products) for DTS channel, by working closely with the Sales, Cat Man & Marketing Teams to generate additional volumes through the initiatives taken.
Define and manage the A&M PUSH budget, S&D (permanent tools) budget and be consultative for the entire promotional spend process.
Manage and develop the Trade Marketing team (PDR process).
Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum 7 years commercial experience (sales and brand management)
Finance experience a plus
