Scopeof the role :
The scope is to focus on thepeople side of change. The primary responsibility will be implementing a changemanagement strategy and plan inclusive of all key change levers : communication,engagement, stakeholder management, training, coaching and mentoring andreinforcement.
The change manager will partner with site leadership and HR toimplement changes as well as the global project change manager to ensureconsistency and report progress.
Key Responsibilities :
site leads and other implementation project leaders
inclusive of all change levers : communication, training, stakeholder managementand
engagement, change enablers and implementation metrics as well as coachingand mentoring
and reinforcement and rewards.
adoption of new practices and follow up after the implementation toensure continuing adoption
adoption of one PSS (Operational teams, HR, Project ManagersEurope)
and "people" actions at the site; Share lessons learned,roadblocks, quick wins and best practices
to the regional teams in a collaborativemanner
coordination with the HR team the appropriate training and coachingmaterials by stakeholder
and create the levers for sustainability
Required Experience :
Training / Competence Management in an industrial environment
