Lead and govern IT projects to support all functions in their Business Analytics Initiatives for Garrett
This position is responsible to manage all projects related to Reporting and analytics on Power BI & support other platforms.
This requires to collect requirements, Standard, Kpi from the various department and align to Enterprise Strategy and Garrett stakeholders, lead the projects by managing our IT partners (NTT Data and others) and stay up to date on the business needs and changes.
Strong knowledge of IT platforms.
Success of this position is relative to the capacity to be extremely flexible to adjust to continuously moving targets and deliver on budget and on time.

Integrates project plans, schedules, cost and organization wide-metrics across multiple projects(s) / program(s) and organizations;
Assesses variances from the plan and develops and implements changes as necessary to ensure project meets time, cost and quality objectives
Identifies and Obtains resources to support multiple projects / or organizational objectives or a program
Work with procurement to establish SOWs and MSAs where needed
Manages approved AOP budgets; tracking actual against forecast; reporting monthly status to sponsors, provides inputs on AOP / STRAP planning
Manages global out-sourced application development and support teams
Manages external Vendor relationships and SLAs
Main Point Of Contact for all business functions for Business Analytics Projects
Create a strong relationship with all functions and all GBE in order to understand how they work and how IT programs can help them provide the right value, incorporate UX requirements in solution delivery.
Interact with various function leadership to report the status of the different projects,
To become our new colleague, you must have the following skills and qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in IT, or similar field such as Technology;
5-6 years of experience in IT;
Experience of supporting large, 24x7 enterprise-grade infrastructure environments;
Experience in managing suppliers;
