Our Exciting Opportunity :
We are now looking for a Team Leader for the Dynamic Service Management area, in charge of leading the Emergency Management, Change Management and Problem Management teams in our unit.
You will :
Be responsible for full compliance of the Emergency Management, Change Management and Problem Management processes and service delivery in the agreed time frame defined by related performance indicators (SLAs).
Ensure the Emergencies are handled correctly, following the defined internal processes, with focus on restoring the service in the agreed time frame defined by SLA.
Manage the delivery of the post-incident reports (RCA), ensuring the Problem Management team is identifying the software / hardware misconducts and / or the process improvements required to prevent recurrences and improve the service availability.
Ensure all Change Requests are tracked, reviewed and aligned with all parties involved before being approved, in accordance to the agreed process.
Lead Performance Management by driving continuous / day-to-day improvements.
To be successful in the role you must have :
Education : Bachelor degree
Minimum 4 years experience in the IT or Telecom industry
Strong knowledge over the Incident / Change / Problem Management processes
Knowledge of ITIL or other good practice frameworks used in IT or Telecom
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to cope with pressure and an adequate sense of urgency
Analytical and solution oriented
Continuous Service Improvement approach / mindset
Good organizational skills
Fluent English written and spoken; Spanish is a plus
