Smart Automation portfolio Lifecycle Management
Managing a portfolio of automation priorities across multiple stakeholders and departments.
Participating in the definition / the deployment / the improvement of the Smart Automation approach (operating model, toolkit,).
Respecting Smart Automation project approach : Project charter, check lists, governance, resources management, milestone validation (efficiencies, resources, risks management)
Leads the identification of new use cases opportunities offered by technology for Smart Automation, staying up to date with the latest capabilities and features available.
Leads the qualification of the automation opportunities identified (specificities, potential gains, suitable technology).
Supports the construction, update and implementation of the Smart Automation Roadmap
Proposes priorities and participates in investment / resources arbitrations.
Helping design automation solutions, user stories, test strategies.
Gathers the gains associated with the implementation of Smart Automation on his / her scope.
Leads the business monitoring of the automations in her / his scope.
Ensuring achievements are delivered as expected, satisfying business requirements and respecting the 3 components of Quality-Experience / Cost / Timing.
Ensuring the deliverables are produced in conformity with the requirements (technical, security, hosting, standardization, decommissioning,) shared by DCTI / DCSE / DCJ as part of each project.
Contributing to Change Management, communication and training to deploy the solution (see below).Lead a high performing team that creates value for by maximizing Improvement and Digital transformational techniques, and solutions and fostering a culture of excellence in the operational management, project planning and governance support of the proposed solutions
Facilitate proactive, horizontal collaboration between business, CoE for RPA, process engineers , ISIT and service lines to evolve existent processes and practices and to increase the level of automation adoption
Drive the development of performance measurement systems for CBS and comprehensive management reporting methods, to support effective process and performance management.
Utilizes insights generated from our analytics and automation initiatives seeks to unlock incremental value for the organization following robust governance processes.
Lead cross-functional problem-solving process improvement efforts, to understand, document, and improve current processes that develop effectiveness and efficiency;
Identify and investigate complexities and inefficient workflows.
Product Deployment Particularities
Work with Business Analyst in solution - need matching.
Help with functional analysis.
Measure automation solutions deployment success.
Apply Smart Automation portfolio adaptations.
Transmit automation solutions improvements to the Digital Solution Developer and / or Deployer.
Contribute to document usage workarounds.
Stay up to date with the key capabilities and features available on the different platforms / tools (RPA platform, Conversational platform,).
Train herself / himself in related tools category when needed.
Project Management specific inputs
Monitors resource use and manages resource allocation to maximize team resources to deliver the projects.
Ensures that projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting targets and expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters;
negotiates changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.
Resolves and manages team conflict with sensitivity, tact and fairness to build positive work environment.
Conducts frequent performance evaluation and review against performance objectives set, to manage team’s performance.
Counsels team members on career development to help achieve their full potential and to have an effective succession planning.
Prepares and monitors team’s and project cost to serve to manage spending within budgets.
Works with relevant stakeholders to ensure CBS obtains the insights it needs at the quality and granularity it requires for better planning and execution.
Leads by example to drive a high performing culture within the team.
Contributes to the development of the CBS Automation Agenda and ensures that the CBS Priorities are fully embedded within the organization.
Provides people and business input to the development of the CBS organization, as a member of Service Management team
Plans and executes the coaching, training and development of team members to meet the expected skills required to perform at role level.
Actively builds and drives the identification and development of a solid talent pipeline and potential successors for the key positions in the Project Management Team.
Leads cross functional project teams, providing organizational project development, capacity building and collaboration among project members, partners and stakeholders.
Enhance relationships and partnering with management and internal departments
Drives and ensures close working relationship with the CBS and other stakeholders as required including Business units, Regions, Functions, Service lines, ISIT etc
Ensures effective relations within the automation team and relevant networking to develop effective and integrated insights.
Progress and operational excellence
Identifies new enablers, best practices and digital solutions and tools to provide continuous improvement solutions to enable digital transformation in CBS.
Seek new tools, enablers and best practices to enable CBS to accelerate the transformation and innovation for the business
Consult with hardware, communications and database experts to ensure the viability of technical solutions.
Provide Digital technologies coaching and Training within the organization to support implementation of Digital Transformation strategy.
Identifies and actively pursues continuous improvement opportunities to increase the overall efficiency and effectiveness of processes in CBS contributing to the overall operational excellence framework
Education / Experience
University degree in a IT / Automation / Computers domain
Transformational experience in multinational organization in Share Services industry or GBS industry or FMCG / Automotive multinational.
Proven experience in transforming similar organizations and shaping / leading and implementing the digitization and innovation agenda
Experience in landing automation tools to sustain the operational excellence
Lean Six Sigma qualification will be a plus
Agile certification will be a plus
