Using corporate guidelines and standards develop internal templates for day-to-day communication purposes such as email announcements, printed matter (letterheads, confirmations, contracts etc.
newsletters, presentations, etc.;Develop, prepare and maintain internal and external communications plan and related material including but not limited to newsletters, TIKA presence, guest communications, HR employer branding & branding, SGBS internal team communication, media articles and materials;
Ensure all creative marketing materials undergo brand review and adhere to strict brand guidelines;Ensure office premises are adequately branded and potentially adjusted for special events;
Prepare and manage timelines for employer branding projects;Participate and contribute to any other employer branding activities / projects to help achieve company goals;
Customer education and senior stakeholder management;Creates, prepares and maintains the internal and external communication plan for the whole company as well as the related communication materials, internal newsletter, etc.
Prepares standard templates utilized in internal communication according to global standards;Prepares reports on the communication activities and promotes the image of the company in order to recruit the best candidates;
Analysis of the candidates experience in the recruitment process;Managing the relationship with 3rd parties in the context of developing a plan for improving and promoting the company;
Create a plan that support the retention in the organization;Creating a positive organizational climate by planning actions to improve the balance between professional and personal life (WOW Lab, social actions, etc.).
Independent and structured way of working;
Excellent English communication skills;
Excellent computer skills, preferably with previous experience in Adobe, InDesign, Illustrator and MS office (in particular PowerPoint);
Strong creative skills with previous marketing / graphic design experience very beneficial;
Self-motivated and driven;
Strong organizational skills, ability to meet tight deadlines.
