Your responsabilities :
Owns SW development life cycle (Agile) and coordinates internal team to achieve end to end feature implementation (from customer inputs, through System, SW and Test teams, to customer acceptance)
Main customer interface and engages with internal teams to deliver as planned
Coordinate, collate and deliver technical / capability presentations to customers when needed
Creates and manages high level SW implementation plan with Project milestones.
Creates, prioritizes and maintains the Software Product Backlog considering teams feedback and estimations.
Manages external and internal change requests.
Define team objectives and support customer clarification when needed.
Participates in scrum ceremonies and accepts implemented features
Adjusts the course of the software project at the end of every Sprint if priorities change
Provides software readiness and project’s progress updates to program team and customer
Leads 3rd party software suppliers selection process by involving appropriate stakeholders
Drive customer / internal escalations
Understand product, customer requirements and able to explain / test features
Active participation in Audit (ASPICE or other audits)
Previous exposure on software development process as ASPICE would be considered as an advantage
Your qualifications :
University degree in the area of Computer Systems, Electronics, Automation, Information Technologies and / or relevant equivalent experience
Agile development methodologies understanding and application
Experience as leader of SW team and proven leadership skills
Excellent project / time management skills
Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills in English
Experience in driving product launches
Driving license is considered as advantage.
Experience in Automotive and / or Embedded electronics is considered as advantage
Good overall technical knowledge and high level process compliance.
Self-dependent and highly problem-solving oriented way of working.
High individual working contribution, as well as excellent communication and support as a team player.
Experience managing third party suppliers, including : sourcing identification, supplier assessment, supplier statement of work development and review, work package definition, budget and timing tracking.
Ability to work under pressure and adaptability for changes and challenges
