Role Summary / Purpose A high profile strategic consultative position that will enable GE Healthcare's clients to innovate, transform and introduce world class services and products.

Your focus will be to advise Healthcare organisations across the Eastern European Healthcare sector on how to leverage EU funding.

You will utilise your economic knowledge and experience to to enable public and private sector HC clients to modernism and provide innovative solutions in line with leading HC providers in the European Union.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Identifying opportunities to develop new or strengthen existing clients relationship in engaging with C Suite and Governments and Healthcare institutions.
  • Leveraging healthcare economic knowledge and experience to propose missing and / or innovative healthcare concepts.
  • Leveraging EU structural funds or other funding opportunities to advise clients on the possible funding schemes
  • Designing key accounts strategies addressing current & anticipating future needs and connecting and tailoring to GEHC portfolio solutions.
  • Working collaboratively with the sales network of GEHC in the region as well as European expert resources.
  • Providing strategic recommendations to leadership team around target accounts, account strategies and tactics.
  • Can be based at locations across Eastern Europe


    Qualifications / Requirements

  • Proven professional business acumen and experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as a part of a solution-based sales process.
  • Prior work experience in Healthcare sector, Consultancy or Government accounts, ideally with deep understanding of Healthcare economics and project managing EU Funds.
  • Track record of success in winning new business and maintaining high quality long-term client relationships.
  • Strong relationships at the executive level in healthcare, academic, governments and regions in Eastern Europe
  • Demonstrated customer focus evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer;
  • Ability to influence at senior levels in organizations (peers, customers, partners and within and outside of the company).
  • Authenticity, integrity, and persuasiveness.
  • Strong Academic background with a preferred specialization in HC economics, and or, Economics, Medical Engineering.Physics, MB
  • Eastern European language capability

    Desired Characteristics

    Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solutions based relationships with external clients : ideally government institutions and large matrix organisations.

    Ability to Influence, energize, develop, and build rapport at all levels within an organization.

    Proven professional business acumen and relationship building skills including intercultural competencies and mastery of diplomatic behaviors.

    Change Agent experience, CAP Leader trained

    Willingness to travel.
