PTC is not currently hiring for this role; however, we are always looking for talented people globally! Reporting to License Management Supervisor, you will be part of the Controllership organization in charge of Managing Global PTC customers (internal and external) with regards to their licenses, with focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and support the organization to deliver world class services.
Your Impact :
As a License Management Representative, you will address and resolve licensing related inquiries while ensuring compliance with existing License Management policies, procedures and PTC regulations (email, phone, and ticketing system).
In addition, you will be expected to gain extensive knowledge of the licensing models of different products and contribute to the successful integration of licensing transactions on various platforms.
You will assist in defining requirements and perform testing as needed. Build strong partnerships with PTC resellers and effective relationship across departments within PTC eco-system.
Work closely with customers / partners and identify a single point of contact to ensure correct delivery in due time.
Daily processing cases
Lead role on executing day-to-day expectations
Perform general License Management duties
Assist external and internal customers by answering questions and developing relationships
Participate on problems resolution in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with PTC Partners and entire PTC eco-system
Provide feedback to Management about existing License Management processes
Support new License Management opportunities and partners with cross functional teams to ensure License processing smooth less
Participate in the development of policies and and KCS articles
Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction
Participate of different type of project or activities as required per volume
Preferred Skills and Knowledge :
Fluent in English and Italian is mandatory
Experience in a multinational company is a plus
Ability to summarize information, build a solution and convey it to customers in a professional manner; strong sense of responsibility and accountability
