Working at NTT Key Responsibilities Ensures the day-to-day processing in an effective manner of incoming requests from different stakeholders related to the credit limit settings and credit availability.
Update and maintenance of the Customer Ledgers with the credit limit changes Perform ad-hoc credit score analysis to ensure the continuous invoicing flow, or if the case, signalize a potential financial risk Strong financial analysis skills, including the ability to assess the financial condition of a company and its ongoing viability.
Provide relevant advice and recommendations to sales management related to customer accounts and properly identify and raise the risk associated with the assigned credit limit or current exposure.
Maintain a strong communication with the related departments like Collections, Order Management, Sales, Billing, and others.
Communication Build a good collaboration with both the customers in the portfolio and the local teams Be a part of the regular calls (need basis) and ensure that no scheduled meetings are missed Query management Deal with complex and escalated customer account related queries, ensuring that progress and solutions are communicated Escalate more complex queries to the relevant departments according to the escalation matrix General Administration Prepare and distribute on time regular and ad-hoc reports as required by the business or the higher management.
Ensure proper control checks are adhered to, so that errors are minimized / eliminated Report any non-compliance issues to the Management so that precautionary measures can be put in place Perform month end closing reports and support various financial & operational audits Adhere to SOX and audit country requirements and to the agreed SLA and KPI.
Create SOP’s and update the information when process changes are made. What will make you a good fit for the role? Your profile : Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics is preferred 2-5 years of experience in Credit Control and Accounts Receivable processes Fluent in English both written and verbal Fluent in German / French / Dutch or any other foreign language both written and verbal would be an asset Strong computer skills and good command of MS Office (i.
e. Excel, Outlook, Word) Experience in SAP is required Demonstrate excellent client engagement and negotiation skills Display the required accuracy and attention to detail when dealing with client accounts and information Strong numerical and analytical skills with proactive approach to be able to work with minimum supervision Proactive individual with excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills Commitment to Confidentiality, Integrity & Accountability Team player & process driven person
