The position

As a Senior Business Partner you will work in our Business Information department. It is centre of excellence supporting Europe East Large Markets (affiliates and Business Area) with all business analysis and insights needed to drive company performance.

We are source of better practices shared and used across Novo Nordisk.

Business Areas Europe East Large Markets covers : , Romania, Ukraine, Czech Republic, Hungary, Serbia, Greece and the position is based in Bucharest.

Key activities include :

  • Analysis and communication of business results
  • Sales forecasting and target setting
  • Follow up on targets execution and variance explanation
  • Making recommendations for focus areas, corrective actions and business decisions
  • Supporting preparation and evaluation of business cases
  • The position reports to Business Information Director, Europe East Large Markets based in Warsaw.

    Qualifications

    The right candidate for this position demonstrates :

  • Strong analytical skills, independent & objective thinking
  • Fluency in English written and spoken
  • Excellent computer skills (Excel in particular)
  • Economic educational background
  • Internal customer orientation
  • Good communication and team working skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Relevant experience is an advantage
