This is a good opportunity to participate in the new in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) project for one of the biggest European car maker.

This is a very fast growing project which require talented software developers and test engineers who likes challenges and new cutting edge technologies.

Applicant will have the possibility to gain experience in development or integrating / testing of different functionalities.

Candidate will be the part of the international team and have the opportunity to work with latest software technologies like Android Automotive OS.

Responsibilities

Maintain and deploy the Test Plan, and always adjust continuously based on project dynamics.

Align with different teams about the different testing activities, in terms of Compliance, Completion, Correctness and Reporting.

Clarify the requirements for testing and provide technical support for testing teams.

Applying the appropriate test measurements and metrics to measure the testing effectiveness.

Support Project Manager (PM) and Quality Assurance Manager (QA) in defining Test Plan applied to project, including the definition of test environment / test system used for each test activity applied within the project.

Lead the development and maintenance of a test schedule that meets the needs of delivery i.e. the schedule shall be developed in collaboration with the Product Owners.

Prioritize and align this prioritization around project-wide activities / initiatives regarding testing.

Support the decision-making on what version of SW to use for testing in what test system when in time.

Plan the roll-out of Test activities.

Responsible for making sure testing on system level is performed in accordance with Test Plan and Quality Assurance plan defined for a project.

Responsible for making sure test results are correctly reflected in dashboards.

Responsible for making sure an acceptable level of quality is reached for the documentation of test environment / test systems and test cases the Verification teams undertake responsibility for.

Must have

Degree in computer science or a comparable field

Experience in Automotive test management 5+y

Experience to lead team size 20+ test engineers 3+y

Knowledge of infotainment testing

Solid understanding of testing SW systems

Knowledge ASPICE

Few years of experience with test automation

Few years of experience working with agile teams (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)

Self-organized and highly collaborative

Open and outgoing personality

Hands-on mentality

Continuous learning attitude

Fluent English

Team-player having excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to have

Experience passing ASPICE certification
