Honeywell SPS is looking for an Intern eLearning GraphicDesigner to be aligned dedicatedly with their CX training team. The incumbentwill work with the SPS CX hub in the Bucharest office.
The selected person will be trained on the tools and processesand will help SPS CX team in the design and execution of eLearing courses insynch with requirements put forth by training team focal.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to these.
Create Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for eLearning courses
Create static graphics or animations as per graphic descriptions provided in the storyboards for use in online trainings
Understand storyboards created by SMEs / Instructional Designers and contribute / exchange ideas to create appropriate designs
Work in audio editing tools to edit and sync audio
Use rapid authoring tools such as Captivate and Articulate to develop courses
Conceptualise and design visually-stimulating and interactive e-learning content
Skilled in layout design, illustration and image manipulation
Using individual creative ability while being able to work within Corporate Brand guidelines
Bachelor's degree preferred in design-related discipline : Interaction, Information or Interface design; Human-Computer
Interaction; Design Planning; Graphic Design; Communications
Ability to interpret storyboards and produce sound graphics / animations
Proven ability to continually adapt and learn new procedures and software programs
Must be enterprising, resourceful and proactive at solving problems
