Tool maintenance, distribution and provision of customer norms / standards in the worldwide system / database
General support and training for stakeholders and users of customer standards worldwide
Data transports of customer standards between customer portals and the worldwide system / database for customer standards, also with intelligent applications such as iPoint, watch lists etc.
Administration of user access requests and access authorization groups
Support the handling and implementation of Customer Specific Requirements in Quality Management System
Support of contract and standard analysis activities with the help of intelligent application / AI Software
General support of the department KAM Finance & Controlling and Customer Contracts & Business Process Intelligence
Qualifications Essential Skills / Qualifications :
Economical or technical studies, economical or technical training
Fluent English language skills
SharePoint / SharePoint Online
Office 365 expertise (Word, Excel, PPT, Teams, Power Automate)
Working with virtual teams
Experience in the automotive industry.
Desirable Skills / Qualifications :
Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
German language skills would be a plus
Open for new ideas
Power BI or other data analytic tools
