POSITION PURPOSE

The Bespoke Research team is part of the Sustainalytics' larger Research Products team, offering tailored research solutions that cater or the client's needs.

The team's activity is project-based, developing customized research frameworks in partnership with the clients for gathering actionable data and providing insights on a broad range of industries and ESG topics.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As we grow, we are looking for an ambitious candidate to fill the Content Lead position for Bespoke ESG Research Projects research and analysis on customized ESG indicators, research insights, and benchmark reports.

The Content Lead is the second in command after the Project Manager and is directly responsible for the research quality.

  • Participate proactively in the bespoke research RFPs response process;
  • Discuss with clients the project research methodology and finalize the project's research guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) accordingly;
  • Actively participate in client meetings to discuss research updates / outcomes;
  • Prepare the training materials;
  • Onboard and train the project team on the research topic and methodology;
  • Lead the Review and QA process;
  • Proactively manage issues and risks related to the quality of the project with the support of the Project Manager;
  • Participate in the project evaluation from the quality of the content perspective;
  • Establish trusting relationships with the Client Relations Team or with the client;
  • Submit high-quality deliverables within the timelines agreed;
  • Lead research insights webinars for the clients or other stakeholders (internal and external).

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • Business English oral and writing skills are essential, as the company's working language is English;
  • Good research, analytical, and writing capabilities;
  • Broad understanding of global sustainability topics;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Resourceful, flexible, and embraces change;
  • Project management skills and open attitude to move from one project to another;
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop new solutions (templates, reports);
  • Client-centric with the ability to manage relationships and partnerships;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
