Key Role Accountabilities :
Strategy & Execution :
Assumes full P&L responsibility for Romania
Oversees all functions including regulatory, medical, marketing, sales, access, finance and HR within Romania
Leads the development and execution of customer focused strategy that drives superior short-term and long-term market performance through effective investment, innovation, resource allocation and prioritization.
Oversees strategic decision making and adaptation where necessary to maximize opportunities for growth and in line with the changing external landscape
Leadership & Matrix Alignment :
Demonstrates the business ethics and judgment to enforce internal controls in line with the company’s policies and procedures and maintains the compliance DNA foundation within BMS Romania.
Builds and develops strong cross functional teams with a cohesive and collaborative culture that embraces diversity and drives employee engagement across all functions
Role-models the BMS Behaviors, Leadership Capabilities, and mission
Builds and manages a high performance team with a focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement to enable scalability to overcome challenges
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication :
Builds and manages relationships with internal stakeholders in local, CE, CEEME, Intercon and World Wide commercial and matrix teams
Leads the organization to help efficiently navigate complex decision-making and play an active role in the BMS community
Manages integration points and outbound / inbound communications with key stakeholders across all BMS enabling function / commercial areas to ensure alignment

Commercial experience in Oncology
