Salary 9.000 - 12.000 RON net per month
Requirements :
Experience in custom application development and all phases of the software development lifecycle
Experience managing projects in a systems integration environment would be a great plus
Ability to define, put in place and track objective measures for complex projects relating scope, quality, timeline, budget and stakeholder engagement
Experience in organizing, planning, executing and monitoring & controlling projects of varying complexity, delivering them within specified scope, timeframes and budgets
Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and establishing task prioritization
Experience guiding, hiring and training development practices within a team and project-based environment
Experience in one or more of the following business solutions : eCommerce, content management, media and publishing, consumer products, on-line customer support, knowledge management and collaboration would be a great plus

The Project Manager is one of the main eCommerce consultants in relation with our clients and our development team. (S)he is the owner of the project throughout the entire lifecycle of the project delivery, guiding the client and the team towards eCommerce delivery best practices, ensuring the appropriate balance between client’s needs, delivery capabilities, milestones and project management triple constraint : scope (quality is implied), time and budget.
The Project Manager leads and manages the assigned Projects ensuring project’s initiation, preparation, execution and closure according to MRM delivery processes and principles.
He also participates in business development pitches / meeting with prospects.
