In Marketing , you’ll be the ones who first capture our consumers’ imaginations, giving them a tantalizing taste of our brands.
You’ll work to help our brands stay relevant to consumers by developing and activating brand plans that capture their imagination, passion and loyalty.
The purpose of this role is to deliver Brand Business objectives by fully supporting the development of the action plans for SCE markets (Romania, EAM, Bulgaria) for Pralines, Countlines, Seasonals;
ensure performance through excellence in execution and implementation.
Key Responsibilities :
Integration of Brand Equity
Gathering and assessing local markets and consumer information relevant to their brand and supports recommendations regarding their incorporation in Brand Equity Strategy
Ensuring all brand program aspects are consistent with approved Brand Foundations and implements programs when required.
Active participation and leading role at IMC process specific to their brand / product segment / projects
Strategic Planning Process / Annual Plan / Monthly / Quarterly Updates
Liaising cross functionally to conduct and collect all relevant market and consumer data for their brand to feed into the development of a local brand plan
Working with BM for the preparation of local strategies and plans development
Portfolio and margin management
Supporting manager in :
brand / segment portfolio segment management
margin management and tracking of existing business and innovation pipeline
sourcing strategy implementation
Any changes related to the strategic documentation must be compliant to the related protocol and follow the correct approval process.
Supporting manager in preparation of protocol documentation and submits
Leads development and execution of brand programs in all mix elements :
Product and Packaging Quality Initiatives
Pricing Strategy Implementation
Integrated Marketing Communication
Trade Spend Management
Business Key Performance Indicators
I2M (Idea to Market)
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP)
Personal Leadership and Development
Min. University degree, preferably in BA or Marketing
Min 2.5 years marketing experience with a high skill level in all aspects of FMCG marketing mix
Experience in marketing with a mix of ATL & promotions experience
Advanced level of English and local language
Marketing competencies - Consumer (insights) understanding, positioning and branding, New Product Development, brand activation and campaign management skills, orientation to data-
driven decision making, digital and social marketing aptitude, creativity
