Salary 6.000 - 9.000 RON net per month
Requirements :
The ideal candidate will :
Have a work experience (2 years+) as a technical support / technical tester or similar software engineering role
Prove problem solving skills
Understand Web application
Understand Rest API
Be fluent in English (both verbal and written)
Have perfect MS office Commands
Have the ability to work with databases and CRM systems
Have a professional, supportive and helpful attitude
Be organized, with the ability to prioritize and multi-tasking
Have high sense of responsibility
Have the desire to grow together with the team
Responsibilities :
Investigate and resolve technical issues
Perform root cause analysis for production errors
Diagnose and repair faults
Talk customers through a series of actions to resolve a problem
Support the roll-out of new applications.
