Our client, a leading global telecommunication company are recruiting for a Fixed Access Operations BO to join their business in Romania.
Handling NOC operations for Fixed Access Network and Fixed CPE
Handling Level 2 support activities of the NOC
Managing escalated faults and work in crisis to resolve the faults
Fault management, problem management, change management and Trouble ticket management
Participate in scheduled network outages, upgrades and issuing notifications to customer.
Interact with Equipment vendor, partners and suppliers to communicate, present NOC operational issues
Doing RCA for repetitive faults and performance analysis of the network
Interact with customer to present performance reports, suggest optimization measures
Guide Level 1 for following practices and act as technology expert
Minimum 8-10 years of experience in working with OEM or Tier 1mobile service providers carrying out responsibilities in network operations
Should have operations experience in following technologies implemented in Fixed network
Should have experience in providing Level 2 fault management support, executing changes in the network and providing solutions for problems
Should have experience of working on Synchronization related issues
Hands on proficiency in the configuration and fault management for at least two of the following mentioned network elements
Should have an understanding of fixed network including DSLAMs / GPON, Access routers, etc.
Have good analytical and technical decision making skills
Exposure of process frameworks and experience in process documentation
Should have experience of user level knowledge of OSS / NMS tools, preferable to have experience on Netcool, Remedy
