In this position, the UK Mobility specialist will work closely with the UK HR and Global Mobility team to ensure tax and social security compliance for our UK mobile employees.
Prepare and gather all the working papers / forms in conjunction with the A1 / CoC applications for our mobile employees;
Keep clear and structured track of all A1 / CoC processes completed;
Assisting in on-going assignment payroll administration;
Design and prepare management reports to support the administration of the mobility program;
Provide all necessary accurate and correct information, prepare and check legal requirements and take notes of changes in legislation that may appear;
Tax compliance review monthly with input and support from UK Finance team;
Co-ordinate and deliver all tax briefings for both incoming, and outgoing UK&I assignees;
Work closely with UK&I recruitment, Finance, HRSS and payroll teams to comply with both internal and external compliance requirements;
Oversee compliance to all UK & I immigration and tax requirements (e.g. : minimum wage salary calculations SOC codes);
Maintain process maps for all immigration and tax compliance;
Participate to team meetings;
