Customer Marketing Manager
for Retail & Industry. Come join our rapidly growing team!
He or she will implement the marketing strategy for industrial accounts and deliver unique and exceptional customer experiences, segmented for the retail channel and top industrial customers.
Develop Marketing strategies for industrial & retail channels, in line with Puratos Marketing strategy, customer needs, SBUs and channels strategies.
Implement strategy through Marketing campaigns.
Integrate Marketing strategy in KA plans & channel strategies. Integrate Customer input in Marketing plans.
Key Accountabilities :
Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns (communication, promotion) for retail & industrial channels in order to achieve targeted budget
Map & segment customers in each channel to detect and prioritize growth opportunities and to create value for customers
Analyze market, competitors, channels / customers & consumers / shoppers’ insights to identify opportunities and risks.
Understand customer journey and optimize touchpoints to create extraordinary experiences, including a focus on Innovation Centers to ensure optimal use (organize & deliver Customer seminars, Customer Innovation Days, events and 1-1 presentations with Large / Key Accounts)
Support Product Management by helping to select and strengthen the product portfolio per channel, based on the most relevant finished products and customer needs, to achieve improved channels profitability
Develop and implement online & offline communication campaigns tailor made for retail & industrial channels, in line with communication strategy.
Develop and advise in-store activation programs, incl. POS material for product (re-)launch, promotion, merchandising, communication to stores.
Develop new concepts for pilot stores. Measure ROI and propose actions to improve quality and speed of in-store execution
Create sales tools to present Finished Goods concepts considering specificities of the retail channel
Develop & implement services tailor made for each channel (retail & industry), including Category Management so that to drive growth of our customers
Support creation of account plans and joint business plans for Key Accounts & Key Development Accounts, in partnership with sales team.
Marketing Experience in FMCG industries : 3 5 years.
Adaptable to a dynamic environment
Project management : planning, organization, timing, budget.
Creative thinking & Strong analytic skills
Ability to develop relevant and effective in-store & online communication and promotions and manage third party suppliers
Good communication & presentation skills
Ability to make things happen (pro-active, hands on’ spirit, dynamic, flexible, pragmatic)
Customer oriented - ability to deal with both internal and external stakeholders
Fluent English & Romanian (oral and written)
Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Power-Point)
Digital marketing knowhow is a plus (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Adobe Suite)
