As Junior Contract Analyst you will learn to read and interpret contractual and commercial documents of large Enterprise Software Publishers (such as Oracle, SAP, IBM) and to extract and summarize the appropriate software usage rights granted and their associated conditions and restrictions.
We’ll train you to create complete and accurate software Entitlement Overviews and eventually work as an analyst yourself.
You’ll learn on the job, supported by experienced colleagues, you’ll participate in online training and improvement projects and gather knowledge through self study.
You will analyse contractual data received from our customers to create a detailed overview of their software rights and combine that with knowledge gathered from the public domain (word wide web).
Eventually you will become capable of highlighting potential risks, opportunities and statistics that can be derived from the provided data to the benefit our customers.
You are curious and eager to learn more about contractual terms, restrictions / limitations andcommercial models, as well about the licensing rules of software publishers.
You're a team player. You like toreceive input from others and to support and contribute to ideas and initiatives of others.
You like to understand what's going on in your team and what others are working on.
