The position will be a member of the IT Competency Center Sales Enabling Technologies implementing digital solutions for CRM, eCommerce and Service Management on the Salesforce platform.
The successful candidate will have a demonstrable record of designing and implementing secure and high-performance technical solutions that support business digital data and process strategies.
This position will work closely with functional leaders, organizational units, and other subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes.
This role is expected to be the IT Salesforce development and integration platforms subject matter expert, be a big-picture thinker and an in-depth problem solver.
Our new colleague will :
Evaluate and select potential suppliers, participate in contract negotiations together with Corp and / or IT Purchasing;
Actively steer and control external providers to ensure optimal world-wide service provisioning;
Develop sourcing strategy including partnerships, external sources and offshore locations;
Develop Salesforce architecture and design, configuration and development to implement business changes. Qualifications Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field;
5 year of Information Technology working experience;
English advanced level; German is a plus;
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on existing platform / solutions, systems and processes;
Design and development of multiple applications e.g. Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Services, etc;
Integration, data management, sharing and authorization, identity and access management designer;
Knowledge of web and mobile applications development, Cloud DevOps, databases (SQL & NoSQL) and programming languages;
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
