Responsibilities

  • Managing (planning, organizing, training and controlling) the EMEA Employee Care and Support Team (L1) who is the first point of contract for all HR related questions via HR Chatbot, HelpMate ticketing tool, EMEA Gsocial Sharepoint and generic email inbox;
  • Ensure all employee and manager queries are answered on time and accurate;
  • Act as first point of escalation for the EMEA Employee Care and Support Team (L1);
  • Ensure all policies on EMEA Gsocial Sharepoint and HR Chat bot questions are updated as per latest process and legal changes;
  • Ensure the EMEA Employee Care and Support Team (L1) is trained on all EMEA HR policies;
  • Coordinate the EMEA Employee Care and Support Team (L1) to handle employee complaints received on above channels and solve all disciplinary and performance cases for band 4A-;
  • Offer support to EMEA HR BP community with different initiatives as per governance model and business need (policy update, assessment centers, due diligences, rebadges, etc.);
  • Participate in all system upgrades and changes needed in the tools the team is using (HR Chatbot, HelpMate ticketing tool, EMEA Gsocial Sharepoint, etc.)
  • Designing different reports to create visibility for HR community and leadership on employee queries.
  • Qualifications we seek in you!

  • University degree
  • Fluent at least in English minimum CEF level C1
  • Digital literacy, including HR tools and people analytics
