We are looking for experienced IT professionals in IT support area for our location in Timisoara, Romania.
You should have IT technical background (minimum 2 years of experience), to be capable in offering remote IT 2nd level support for our global clients.
Key Activities :
Administration of the Software Distribution Infrastructure (SDI)(SCCM2007 / SCCM2012);
You'll install and configure SCCM servers;
You will participate in specific SCCM projects (Migration, HW refresh);
You provide solutions for new or existing customers / projects;
Constant monitoring and health checking of the SDI;
Monitor software distribution status in the entire infrastructure and keep an updated status regarding the packages, collections and advertisements;
Client troubleshooting (SCCM Agent, WDS);

You have technical university degree or a similar qualification;
Windows Server 2003 / 2008 management know-how;
Good knowledge in software distribution technologies - SMS / SCCM / MDT / WSUS;
Windows XP / 7 management know-how.
Social Skills and proficiencies : Good teamwork, communication, customer focus and cultural awareness skills; Attention to details.
Deep knowledge of English (Proficient in German Language is a plus).
